| Q: Can I reserve a specific model of a Group that I desire? |
| A: Although our company is not obliged to book for you a specific make-model of a group, we will try our best to deliver the car you have ask for. This matter is always depend of the availability.

| Q: Do I need a credit card to rent a car? |
| A: No, there is no need for a credit card. Although, you can use your credit card to pay for the rental upon arrival.

| A: There are two options for the time of payment. You can Book now & pay on arrival or Prepay your car rental with a major credit card and Save up to 10%. Payments on arrival can be performed either cash or with any major credit card (like, VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX and Traveller's checks).

A: Making a reservation is very simple There are several ways to do it.

| Q: What if I need to cancel my reservation? |
| A: Please inform us as soon as possible in case you want to cancel or change the reservation.

| Q: What if I break down? What do I do? |
| A: The first thing you have to do is inform the agency. You have to give information about the exact location you are. Our staff will report the break-down to the Road Assistance (24/7) and somebody will be with you the next few minutes. Our office immediately will do the appropriate actions to change the "broken" car with another one.

| Q: How many drivers can drive the rented car? |
| A: Our prices and offers include just one person as a driver. Although there is an option to add another person as a second driver or third driver. This option is charged extra for just €2 / day.

| Q: How will I get to know the person who will be waiting for me? |
| A: Our employee that will wait for you at the meeting point (customs exit), will be holding in his hands a banner bearing your name as well as our company's name. Having those clues, you shall go towards him.

| A: You will have to remain to the meeting point until our collaborator comes and pick you up, or you can get in touch with our office to give you instructions.

A:
When you pick up your car, you will need to:
(1) Show a valid EU or US driving license.
(2) Show a valid passport.
(3) Sign the Rental Agreement to accept the standard rental terms and conditions, and the insurances.
